About GLP-1 Evolution

Editorial methodology, affiliate disclosure, and how we score telehealth providers — fully transparent.

Our editorial mission

GLP-1 Evolution is an independent, editorial-first reference for adults in the United States researching GLP-1 receptor agonist medications and the telehealth providers that prescribe them. We research, evaluate, and compare providers using a defined scoring methodology, and we report findings plainly — including regulatory negatives and pricing trade-offs that most affiliate-driven sites omit.

We are not a telehealth clinic. We do not prescribe medications. We do not dispense medications. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment plans. All content on this site is educational. Before starting, changing, or stopping any GLP-1 medication, consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Who runs this site

GLP-1 Evolution is operated by JGAM Legacy Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The site was founded by Jorge Gutierrez, an independent researcher and content publisher in the health information space. No physical address is published on this site; our registered agent is maintained in Wyoming in accordance with standard LLC privacy practices. For questions or corrections, use our contact form.

How we score providers

Every telehealth provider featured on this site is evaluated against six criteria. Scores are assigned by editorial review, not by the provider. No provider can purchase a higher score.

1. Pricing transparency

We look for itemized, publicly accessible pricing — including whether the listed price covers the medication, provider consultation, and ongoing monitoring, or only one component. Providers that obscure total cost with bundled language receive lower marks.

2. FDA standing of the dispensing pathway

We verify whether a provider sources from an FDA-registered 503A or 503B outsourcing facility and whether any FDA warning letters or inspectional observations have been issued against that facility. Compounded products are not FDA-approved finished products; we disclose this distinction on every relevant page.

3. Clinician access

We evaluate whether a subscriber can reach a licensed prescriber (physician, nurse practitioner, or PA) directly — not only a support agent — and how quickly clinician responses arrive on documented test inquiries.

4. Formulation options

We record which medications are available (semaglutide, tirzepatide, and others), which dosage forms and concentrations are offered, and whether dose titration schedules are clinically grounded or absent.

5. Customer service responsiveness

We log response times across email, chat, and phone channels. Providers that rely exclusively on asynchronous ticket systems without a defined response SLA receive lower marks.

6. Refill reliability

We track documented community reports of supply disruptions, auto-ship failures, and shipping lag, and weight them against provider disclosures about their supply chain.

Affiliate disclosure

GLP-1 Evolution earns commissions when readers sign up for telehealth services through affiliate links on this site. This is how the site generates revenue.

All current affiliate partners are listed below. Every one of them is disclosed on our full disclosure page:

Embody, SHED, SkinnyRx, Sprout Health, Sesame Care, System Labs, Yucca Health, GobyMeds, Peter MD. (Eden Health affiliate program paused as of 2026-05-21 brand-side; we no longer steer readers there until status is restored.)

What this means for rankings: Affiliate relationships do not determine rankings. Providers are ranked by the six scoring criteria above. A provider with a higher commission rate that scores lower on pricing transparency, FDA standing, or clinician access will rank below a lower-commission provider that scores higher. We disclose this commitment publicly because it is the only basis on which rankings can be trusted.

What this means for links: Every outbound link to an affiliate partner carries a disclosure label and rel="sponsored nofollow" markup. The affiliate link is marked at the point where it appears, not only in a footer.

Sources we cite

When we make a claim about clinical efficacy, regulatory status, or safety, we anchor it to a primary source. The sources we draw on include:

We do not cite press releases as primary evidence. When a claim is contested or unsupported by peer-reviewed data, we say so.

Contact

To submit a correction, report a factual error, or ask a question, use our contact form. We read every submission. Response time is typically two to four business days.

We do not publish a direct email address on this page to reduce spam and phishing surface.

What we do not do

This section exists because sites in this category often imply clinical authority they do not have. We state the boundaries plainly.

If you are seeking a prescription, the appropriate path is a consultation with a licensed telehealth clinician or your primary care provider. The providers we review can facilitate that consultation; we review them, we do not substitute for them.

Update cadence

Provider pricing, regulatory status, and supply conditions change frequently. We operate on the following review schedule:

Readers who notice outdated information are encouraged to submit a correction via the contact form.

Frequently asked questions

How does GLP-1 Evolution make money?

We earn affiliate commissions when readers sign up for telehealth programs through links on this site. If you sign up through one of our affiliate links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed on every page that contains an affiliate link, on our full disclosure page, and here. It is the primary revenue model for this site.

Why should I trust your provider rankings?

Our rankings are based on six published criteria applied consistently across all providers: pricing transparency, FDA standing of the dispensing pathway, clinician access, formulation options, customer service responsiveness, and refill reliability. No provider can purchase a higher position. Providers with higher commission rates appear lower in rankings when their scores warrant it. We also report negative findings — FDA warning letters, supply disruptions, documented service complaints — which a commission-optimized site would have a financial incentive to omit.

Can a provider pay for a better ranking?

No. We do not offer sponsored placements, featured listings purchased by providers, or pay-to-rank arrangements. Affiliate relationships determine whether we earn a commission if a reader signs up; they do not determine where a provider appears in a comparison or review.

Who writes the content on this site?

Content is written and reviewed by the GLP-1 Evolution editorial team. We cite primary sources (PubMed PMIDs, FDA documents, NEJM publications) so readers can verify claims independently. We note explicitly when a claim is based on early-stage or Phase 2 data, when a medication is investigational and not FDA-approved, and when evidence is limited or contested.

Do you work with clinicians?

We consult published clinical literature and regulatory documents. We do not have a medical advisory board that endorses our rankings or certifies our content as medical advice. If you encounter content on this site that appears to contain a medical error or unsupported clinical claim, please submit a correction via the contact form. We take those submissions seriously and investigate promptly.

Are all GLP-1 medications on this site FDA-approved?

No. Some medications discussed on this site — including retatrutide — are investigational and NOT FDA-approved as of 2026. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are sourced from registered compounding pharmacies but are not FDA-approved finished products; they are not equivalent to branded Wegovy or Zepbound from a regulatory standpoint. We disclose the regulatory status of every medication we discuss.
